Data Recovery Beverly Hills will not be held liable for any damages due to any virus, worm, Trojan horse, etc. The total liability of Data Recovery Beverly Hills to Customer under this Agreement shall in no event exceed the total sums paid by Customer to Data Recovery Beverly Hills.

In some cases, Data Recovery Beverly Hills reserves the right to ship your hard drive to our offsite facility, or corporate headquarters. Furthermore, payment past $3000.00USD can not be made via credit card.

Confidentiality and Security
